An extension is being made due to the busy time of year and providing adequate time for municipal teams to understand this charrette and form their teams. The charrette date however, is fixed, as the Pinnacle Center is rented. (This change dated 12.13.06)

1. October 17 - RFP available

2. January 15 - Team Letter of Participation Intent Due

Letters of intent are for us to gauge interest and to provide initial feedback on your ideas. The letter of intent is not mandatory, but highly recommended, and therefore at this time I will accept them up to January 15, from which time forward, I will stop replying to them. 3. January 29, 2007 – RFP submission due (This change dated 12.13.06)

4. February 2, 2007 - RFP award (This change dated 12.13.06)

5. February 16, 2007 - Instructional Meetings with Charrette Team Managers

Pre-charrette Professional  Recruits Team Meeting One  will be scheduled after work sometime around March 22.  A Final Team Meeting Two will be approximately 3 weeks prior to the charrette. Notices will be provided well in advance. (This change dated 12.13.06)

6. April 12, 13 and  14, 2007 - WMRUD Charrettes  (This change dated 1.15.06)

7. October, 2007 – Natural Connections Summit 2007 – Date to be announced.
